Cornerstone has a fully integrated continuum of recovery services, including detoxification. If a client has difficulties with early recovery, they do not have to be transferred to another facility. Residents can move within the system for the most appropriate level of care at any time.
Cornerstone recovery homes are safe, warm, and comforting. We are located 20 minutes from Newport Beach, 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, and 15 minutes from Disneyland. Cornerstone homes are also close to many business establishments in Orange County, which allows for employment opportunities, social activities, and ease of transportation.
Cornerstone has a wide variety of 12-Step meetings in the local area and we boast 20 Recovery Homes that allow only six residents per home and two per bedroom. It is centrally located in Southern California in the safe, residential areas of Orange County.
Day Treatment/Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Day Treatment, or what many call “PHP” is an opportunity for the client to transition out of medical detox, stabilization, or Residential treatment to a less restrictive level of care allowing them to experience more independent living for a few hours a day after treatment. It is set up similarly to the Residential program during the day but is located at our Outpatient Offices. This program meets anywhere from 4-7 days a week starting at 8:30 am and lasting through to the mid to late afternoon on some days.
Insurance companies often use this program to allow clients to continue in a daytime, highly structured, and therapeutically supported environment while allowing them to consider coupling with a Licensed Recovery Residence instead of going back home. For many, this is an opportunity to gradually transition back to the community, some independent 12-step meetings, outings with known sponsors or 12-step members, and have some space to allow for more social connections in recovery.
